    Shipping Policy

    1. Shipping Costs

      Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

          4.1 Transit Time Domestically

            In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. We process all orders within 24 hours, if an exception to this you will be notified. And you will receive email with tracking information to assist in delivery of your order.

              Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

              2. Shipping Costs

                Delivery Terms:

                    4.1 Transit Time Domestically

                      4.2 Transit time Internationally

                        Sorry we aren't doing international but will maybe in future not right now so leave it in for later date?

                        4.3 Dispatch Time

                          Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

                          4.4 Change of Delivery Address

                            For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

                            4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

                              Wild Time Fashion usually ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services. If you need courier services you have to just select the option and we will ship the product via courier services.

                              4.6 Military Address Shipping

                                We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

                                4.7 Items Out Of Stock

                                  If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order or contact you if you would like a replacement of equal or same value.

                                  4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

                                    If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

                                    5. Tracking Notifications

                                      If your are not present please do not open parcel and contact us immediately. You can do a right to refuse (RTS) any unopened parcel that is damaged. When parcel is returned to our warehouse we will process a complete refund. 

                                      6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

                                        If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

                                        7. Duties & Taxes

                                          7.1 Sales Tax

                                            Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

                                            7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

                                              Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

                                              8. Cancellations

                                                If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

                                                9. Insurance

                                                  If orders are processed with USPS - insurance is an additional fee and will be required to be purchased up to value of the order, by the buyer.

                                                  If orders are processed with UPS - insurance is automatic for up to $100 all additional insurance is at expense of the buyer. All orders that are shipped by Wild Time Fashion we do cover insurance on value of order. 

                                                  9.1 Process for parcel damaged in transit

                                                    We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. Please take photos and submit to USPS immediately if damaged on arrival. This will expedite the claim. UPS will have a driver inspect the order so keep all packaging and item as it to expedite the claim.

                                                    10. Customer service

                                                      Return Policy

                                                      All our product is measured to provide actual measurements of the item. This is located on the description page under the product details. We are happy to provide a refund on items that are not correctly measured on our behalf. We do not refund items due to not properly fitting. Online shopping is a convenient and wonderful service! We just ask you to take a moment and verify your measurements to verify the proper fit for your body to know if it will fit correctly. We are always happy to help you with further guidance if needed with measurements. 

                                                      To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do provide all measurements of items, so we do not offer refunds based on size. Please read the descriptions and measurements before purchasing or ask our team to assist you!

                                                      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

                                                      We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email or text us clear images of issues or concerns related to the product. If a size issue please lay the item out flat with tape measurements in specific areas where the measurements are incorrect. We do not process refunds without images. 

                                                      Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval as no refund will be issued.
                                                       
                                                      Refunds (if applicable)
                                                      We will provide refunds only to inventory we have personally authorized to be returned. We will inspect the returned item to make sure unworn, as was received, and no physical damage was done to the item on receipt. 
                                                      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method, or in some cases we provide in-store credit will be applicable.  We will email you of date the return was processed. Receipt of funds varies on the banking institution's timeline.

                                                      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
                                                      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
                                                      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
                                                      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

                                                      Sale items (if applicable)
                                                      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

                                                      Exchanges (if applicable)
                                                      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges due proper fit of the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wildtimefashion.com or text message with issues before shipping.

                                                      Gifts
                                                      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

                                                      We do not provide refunds on gifts. We can offer a discount or credit to your account. We are happy to help you in the event you need assistance in choosing an item as a gift or a gift card.

                                                      Shipping
                                                      We do provide labels for returns if it is our responsibility. All other returns accepted for exchanges require approval on our behalf and the cost of shipping will be at your expense.
