Welcome to Wild Time Fashion! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wildtimefashion.com (the “Site”) and any services, features, or content provided by Wild Time Fashion, LLC (“Wild Time Fashion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Overview

Wild Time Fashion is a U.S.-based online boutique offering apparel, accessories, and jewelry for personal, noncommercial use.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3) Product Availability & Descriptions

All items are subject to availability. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free or current. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

4) Pricing & Taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and current tax law.

5) Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order, including due to suspected fraud, inventory limits, or pricing/description errors. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we will issue a prompt refund to your original payment method.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from the United States. Processing times are separate from carrier transit times. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For details, please see our Shipping Policy.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge those terms.

8) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs) are owned by Wild Time Fashion or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10) User Content (Reviews, Comments)

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Wild Time Fashion a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and create derivative works from that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Site; (d) scrape or harvest data without permission; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (f) use the Site for commercial resale without our written consent.

12) Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Time Fashion and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; for lost profits or revenues; or for loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchases. In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wild Time Fashion and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, for any dispute not subject to arbitration (if applicable).

17) Dispute Resolution; Class Waiver

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve it informally by contacting us at wildtimefashion@gmail.com. Any litigation will proceed on an individual basis; you waive any right to participate in a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

18) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supply shortages, carrier issues, or governmental actions.

19) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use after changes post constitutes acceptance.

20) Severability; Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
