We Promise

Wild Time Fashion is a proud, women-owned small business based in the USA. Every item ships directly from our in-stock inventory and is hand-inspected for quality and measurements before it leaves our studio. Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is damaged, incorrect, defective, or not as measured by Wild Time Fashion, we are here to help.

1. Return Window 

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization. After 15 days from the date your package was delivered, we cannot process returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit requests. 

2. Return Eligibility 

To qualify for an approved return, your item must be in brand-new condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unchanged.

• Free from odors, makeup, deodorant stains, and pet hair.

• Original tags attached when applicable

• Original packaging included when applicable

• Approved by email before shipping the item back

Returns sent back without prior RMA return authorization approval will not be accepted. 

3. Refunds vs. Store Credit

• As a small business, we handle returns based on the reason for the request: - Defective, damaged, incorrect, or mismeasured item:

•  If Wild Time Fashion made a mistake, sent the wrong item, sent a defective item, or the item does not match the measurements listed on the product page, we may issue a full refund to the original payment method, provide a replacement when available, or issue store credit. 

• Fit, size preference, or change of mind: Because we provide detailed product measurements on each product page, we do not issue monetary refunds because an item does not fit, because the customer selected the wrong size, or because the listed measurements were not reviewed before purchase. 

• If approved, these returns may be issued as store credit for the eligible item value. Store credit does not expire.

4. Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale  

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or were mis-measured by Wild Time Fashion: - Items marked Final Sale

• Items marked Final Sale

• Items purchased from the Clearance section

• Hygiene-sensitive items, including swimsuits, bodysuits, undergarments, intimate items, earrings, and body jewelry.

• Digital downloads

• Gift Cards

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or returned with odors, makeup, deodorant stains, or pet hair.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, damaged, incorrect, or Wild Time Fashion error: We cover the return shipping cost when the return is due to our error. We may email you a prepaid return label or help resolve the issue. 

• Fit, size preference, gift, or change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Wild Time Fashion is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6.  Restocking Fees

• Wild Time Fashion does not charge restocking fees.

7. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at wildtimefashion@gmail.com or contact us by WhatsApp/text within 15 days of delivery. 

2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for the return request. 

3. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears mismeasured, please include clear photos of the issue. 

4. Please wait for approval before shipping anything back. If approved, we will reply with your RMA number and return instructions. 

5. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval using a trackable shipping service.

8. Refunds & Processing Time

• Inspections: Once we receive your return, please allow us 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process the item.

• Notifications: We will email you once your return is approved.

• Store Credit: Issued by email code.

• Refunds: If eligible for a monetary refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the funds to your account. 

9. Exchanges

Because our inventory moves fast, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or mismeasured by Wild Time Fashion, we may offer a replacement when available. If you need a different size due to fit preference, an approved return may be issued as store credit so you can purchase another item if available.

10. Damaged in Transit

All shipments are insured via USPS/UPS. If your package arrives crushed or damaged:

• Keep all packaging (outer box, shipping label, and inner packing).

• Take photos of the damage.

• Email or Whatsapp/text us right away so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
  

11. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wild Time Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
